Keyword Research - Key to Organic SEO

We know right keywords are the building block of organic SEO wall, and we spent most of the time in it, because this is the half win in your way.
Today, I would discuss some basics parameters and terms that judges the effectiveness of keywords you might be targeting as follows,

===============================================================

KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index)

This parameter compares the number of searches for keywords against number of search results.

KEI = Popularity ^2 / Competitiveness

Where,

Popularity - stands for number of searches for keywords
Competitiveness - stands for number of exact search results for the same keywords

So basic is higher the KEI more effective is the keyword and on more thing i would reckon is keywords with many searches and little competition.

Keyword Density is the percentage amount of keywords presence with respect to total number of index able words  of webpage.
